PB & Oat Finn-Cakes (Dog-friendly Cupcakes)

1/3 cup
mashed ripe banana (about 1/2 of a large banana)
2 tablespoons
creamy peanut butter (plus more for "frosting")
1/4 teaspoon
baking powder
1 cup
old fashioned oats
1 whole
egg
1 tablespoon
olive oil
Add Cooking Step
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 350F.
2.
In a medium bowl, mash the banana, then stir in the peanut butter, olive oil and egg.
3.
Sprinkle the baking powder over the top, then stir in.
4.
Stir oats in until combined, then scoop evenly between 3 cupcakes in a cupcake tin.
5.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6.
Let cool, then lightly frost with a tablespoon of peanut butter per cupcake.
7.
Place party hat on pet.
8.
Sing happy birthday to your pet, then watch him gobble it up.
