Egg and Hashbrown Casserole.

A cheesy egg and hashbrown casserole thats great for serving a crowd!
1/2 cup onion
1/2 package sausage or 12 strips of chopped bacon
1 package frozen hashbrowns
6 eggs
1 1/2 cup cheese
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
1. Place onion and bacon (or sausage) in a fry pan and cook until meat is done and onions are tender.
2. Add hashbrowns to frying pan and cook until heated through.  Make sure the bacon and hashbrowns are mixed well.

3. Make six large dents in the hashbrown mixture and crack an egg into each one.

4. Sprinkle cheese and spices over the top and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
