Chicken Primavera

This is a garlic chicken pasta with lots of veggies! 

2 cups Spiral Pasta, uncooked
1 pound Chicken, boneless/diced
2 coves Garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Butter
16 ounces Veggies, frozen (broccoli, carrots, cauliflour)
3/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1. Cook and drain pasta.
2. Skillet chicken with garlic and butter.
3. Add veggies and cream.
4. Cook until tender.
5. Add pasta, cheese, salt, and pepper.
This serves 4 people.

We typically use bowtie pasta and at least double the recipe.
