Chicken Tonight Country French

Ingredients
4 tbs olive oil
6 pieces chicken
2 cups water
2 pkgs Knorr vegetable recipe mix
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1 cup sour cream
 
Directions
1. 1.  Heat olive oil in a large skillet.

2.  Brown chicken over medium heat until almost cooked.

3.  Stir in water, vegetable mix & dill, bring to a boil

4.  Reduce heat & simmer covered, stir sauce occasionally until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes.

5.  Remove chicken to a platter

6.  Remove skillet from heat & add sour cream, return chicken and spoon sauce over chicken, let rest a couple minutes & serve
