Herbed Potato Salad

2-4 Pounds Potatoes
1/2 - 1 Cup Plain yogurt (amount depends on how many potatoes you use)
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon Dry mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/3-1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 Cup Fresh herbs, course lay chopped (basil, parsley, chives, etc.)
1. Simmer potatoes until fork tender. Cool and cut into chunks.
2. Combine all other ingredients except herbs in small bowl. Toss with warm potatoes.
3. add herbs and salt and pepper if desired. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
Can add chopped hard boiled egg.
