Sautéed Collard Greens with tomato

Ingredients
1 Cup Sliced onions
1/2 Teaspoon Red pepper flakes
4 Teaspoons Olive oli
6 Cups Thinly sliced collard greens
1 Cup Vegetable broth
1 Cup Grape tomatoes, halved
2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
 
Directions
1. Sauté onions and pepper flakes in olive oil about 3 minutes.
2. Toss in collards until starting to wilt.
3. Add broth and simmer greens until tender, about 10 minutes.
4. Stir in tomatoes and vinegar.
 
Notes:
This can be made using any greens.
