Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole wheat flour
3/4 - 1 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup All-purpose flour
1 Teaspoon Baking soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground cloves
1 Cup Pumpkin
2 Eggs
1/3 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Canola oil
 
Directions
1. In a bowl, combine dry ingredients.
2. in another bowl, combine the pumpkin, eggs, water, and oil. Add to dry ingredients.
3. Stir until moistened.
4. Spoon into a greased 9x5 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes. Cool in pan and then turn out to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Notes:
Can add raisins and or walnuts.
