Jenna's Guacamole

4 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
Juice from one small fresh lime
2/3 cup Herdez brand salsa, to taste
Adobo seasoning, to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped thin
1. Cut avocados in large chunks and mash coarsely with a potato masher or fork in large bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently. It is fine to leave some small chunks.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
4. Serve immediately, or seal in an airtight container with a piece of plastic wrap directly against the surface of the guacamole to prevent it from turning brown.

This recipe can be adjusted to different serving amounts and tastes.
