Orange Banana Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 medium banana
1 cup frozen or fresh berries (mix of raspberry, blackberry and blueberry)
1/2 cup orange juice
 
Directions
1. Blend in blender until mixed well.
