Sausage Stars

1 package wonton or egg roll wrappers
1 pound sausage
1/4 cup chopped red or green bell pepper
Chopped onion, to taste
Ranch dressing, to taste
4-6 ounces grated cheddar cheese
Vegetable or olive oil
1. Lightly grease muffin tins and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush each won ton wrapper lightly with oil. Press each wrapper into the cups of the muffin tin. Bake wrappers for 5 minutes.
3. Brown sausage in a frying pan until cooked thoroughly. Drain grease. Add chopped bell pepper, onion, and enough ranch dressing to make the mixture creamy.
4. Spoon the sausage mixture into each baked won ton wrapper and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 5 minutes, or until bubbly.
The amounts of ingredients in this recipe are not exact and can be altered to taste. If using egg roll wrappers instead of won ton wrappers, cut each wrapper into four squares.
