Sweet Potato Souffle

Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes (1 large can)
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans
1/3 stick butter
 
Directions
1. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, salt and vanilla and pour into a 8 or 9-in. glass baking dish.
2. Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over souffle.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
