Polish Burritos (Cabbage Rolls)

If you prefer more cabbage, double wrap the rolls.
1 head cabbage (boiled and cored)
Brown in a frying pan:
1-1.25 ground beef
1 cup diced onion
1/4 cup crushed garlic
Simmer in a saucepan:
20 oz diced tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half
2 t italian seasoning
1 t salt
1 t black pepper
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Core and boil head of cabbage (10-15 mins), setting aside leaves to dry.
3. Brown meat mixture.
4. Simmer tomato mixture and puree with immersion blender (leave some chunks whole).
5. Take cabbage leaf, spoon meat, roll and place in rectangle baking pan.
6. Once all cabbage has been rolled, pour sauce on top.
7. Optionally top with sliced bacon and/or basil leaves.
8. Top with grated cheddar and/or parmesan.
9. Bake for 30 mins.
