In a large mixing bowl beat butter on med speed till softened. Add sugar and beat till fluffy.
2. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.
3. In a med mixing bowl stir together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. With mixer on low gradually add flour mixture to butter, beating till well mixed.
4. With a wooden spoon stir in quick oats, zucchini walnuts chocolate and butterscotch pieces.
5. Drop batter by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
6. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or till golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
