Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

Ingredients
4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4 apples, cored & chopped
4 tsp raisins, chopped
2 cup pineapple, chopped
16 tsp almonds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cilantro
1/2 tsp nutmeg
 
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, apples, raisins, pineapple and almonds.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon, cilantro and nutmeg.
 
Notes:
Serves: 4 - 4 block meals
