Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups 1% milk
1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
2 cups strawberries
2/3 cup Mandarin orange sections
8 tsp almonds, slivered
1 1/3 onces protein powder
 
Directions
1. Place all ingredients except protein powder in blender.
2. Blend until smooth, and then stir in protein powder.
3. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
 
Notes:
Makes 2 - 4 block servings.
