1. Place lettuce leaves in a bowl of cold water until ready to serve dinner.
2. Mix ground turkey/beef with onions, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cumin and teriyaki sauce in a bowl.
3. Spray a saucepan with olive oil and saute the turkey/beef mixture.
4. Add tomatoes and beans to the turkey/beef mixture, keeping it on low heat until entire mixture is warm.
5. Separate into 4 servings, with each serving having 4 portions.
6. Place one portion in the middle of a lettuce leaf which has been patted dry. (Do not do all the leaves at once because they will get warm and soggy).
7. Top each leaf with avocado and fold the leaf to wrap the mixture inside.
