Fudge Puddles

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teas vanilla
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
Fudge Filling
1 cup (8oz) milk chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 teas vanilla
 
Directions
1. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together.
2. Add egg and vanilla.
3. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Mix well.
4. Chill at least one hour.
5. Shape into 1 inch balls and bake in greased mini muffin tins.
6. Bake for approx. 14 minutes at 325 degrees.
7. Cool for 1 minute, then use a melon baller to make indentations in middle of each cookies.
8. Fudge Filling

Melt chips with condensed milk and add vanilla (either on stove or in microwave).

Fill cooled cookies with warm filling.
 
Notes:
cookies can be frozen
