JIFFY PEACH COBBLER

Ingredients
1/4 cups butter or margarine
4 cups sliced peeled peaches
1/2 cups sugar
1 tbs jiffy or bisquuick baking mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
batter
2/3 cups baking mix
2 tbs firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbs milk
 
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine filling ingredients in 1 quart shallow casserole or 8x8x2 baking pan.
3. mix baking mix with brown sugar.
4. cut in butter as for pie crust.
5. stir in milk til moistened.
6. drop by spoonfuls onto filling.

7. Bake 30 minutes  or until crust is cooked.
