Chickpea-Avocado Mash (sandwich spread)

1 can chickpeas/garbanzo beans (drained and rinsed)
1 avocado (diced)
1 lemon (use juice from half of the lemon)
1. Put all ingredients in food process and process until a smooth sandwich spread consistency.  Mix in salt and pepper, to taste.
2. Spread on multi-grain/whole wheat bread and add sliced tomato, dark greens (like spinach leaves), and sprouts.
