Grilled Herbed Corn

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter (softened)
2 tbsps fresh parsley (minced)
2 tbsps fresh chives (minced)
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp alt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
8 ears sweet corn cobs (husked)
 
Directions
1. In a small bowl, beat the first six ingredients until well blended.
2. Spread 1 tbsp mixture over each ear of corn.
3. Wrap corn individually in heavy-duty foil.
4. Grill corn, covered, over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, or until tender, turning occasionally.
5. Open foil carefully to allow steam to escape, and serve.
