Accidentally left a huge turkey thigh in the crockpot when I went to bed! Woke up dreaming of Thanksgiving at 1am. But I might be onto something here. Made marinade out of whole-berry cranberry sauce, Dijon, cayenne, and onions. After about 6 hours on high, it's like pot roast. Have to work on the pan sauce tomorrow - needs salt, pepper, and the fat skimmed. Sage?
