Granola Bars with Flax Meal

1 cup of quick oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flour
1 cup dried fruit (raisins, chopped dates or apricots, etc)
1 cup nuts (walnuts, sunflower seeds, almonds)
2 tbsp flax meal
1/4 cup soy milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
a few dashes of cinnamon
1. Mix everything. Press it in an oiled pan, and bake for around 20 minutes at around 375. Let it cool and cut into bars.
