Philadelphia Cheese Cake

Recipe for a 13x9 pan, from the Philly Cream Cheese box.

6 graham crackers, crushed
1 cup + 3 Tbl sugar, divided
3 Tbl butter, melted
5 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3 Tbl flour
1 Tbl vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1 can cherry pie filling (optional)

1. Heat oven to 325F.  Line 13x9 pan with foil.  Mix crumbs, 3 Tbl sugar, and melted butter; press into bottom of pan.  Bake 10 min.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla until blended.  Add sour cream and mix well.  Add eggs, 1 at at a time, on low speed, after each, until blended. Pour over crust.
3. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.  Cool completely.  Refrigerate 4 hours.  Top with filling.  Use foil to lift cheesecake from pan before cutting into 16 servings.
