Di's Taco Pie

From my college roommate.
1 pkg Pillsbury Pie Crust
1 lb ground beef
1 can Hormel chili without beans (undrained)
1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican or cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Place pie crust in 9 inch pan.  Prick bottom & sides with a fork and flute edges.  Bake for 9-11 minutes.
2. Brown beef and drain.  Add chili, salsa, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.  Mix well.  Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
3. Spoon meat mixture into baked shell and top with remaining ingredients.
