Quick Chicken Scampi

A shortcut garlic-and-lemon seasoned chicken in a creamy sauce tops hot pasta for a perfect dish.
2 T butter
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, about 1.5 lbs
1 10 3/4-oz can 98% Fat Free Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup water
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
hot, cooked pasta of choice
1. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.  Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. 
2. Remove the chicken from the skillet.  Stir the soup, water, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Return the chicken to the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. 
3. Serve the chicken and sauce with the pasta.
Chicken can also be cut into 1/2 inch pieces.  Serves 6.
