how to brine chicken

Directions
1. depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts, pound them until they are uniformly thick.  
fill a big bowl with warm (not hot) water.  stir in a handful of salt until it mostly dissolves.  if you do this in advance you can cover and refrigerate the bowl of chicken and salt water up to 6 hours.
then when you're ready, remove the chicken, rinse with cold water and pat it dry. 
then brush the chicken breasts with melted  butter on both sides. rub the chicken with seasoning.  
cook at 450 for 15-18 minutes.remove from oven, cover with foil and let chicken rest for 10 minutes.
