Key Lime Bites

Instead of making a whole Key Lime Pie, these little bites are great for keeping in the freezer and grabbing a few at a time! So good!
3 cups Honey Maid Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/2 c Sugar
2/3 c Butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp Lime Zest
1/2 c Lime Juice (about 1 lb Key Limes)
1 8oz Cool Whip
1. Crust:
Mix crumbs and sugar together, then add the butter. Using a mini muffin pan, press onto the bottom and up the sides of each cup. Bake at 375° for 4-5 minutes.
2. Let crusts cool before adding filling.
3. Filling:
Mix milk, juice, and zest together first.  Then add the cool whip gently until blended (don't mix too much).
4. Fill each crust with filling.
5. Place in freezer to store.
