Acorn Squash in foil on the grill

3 halved crosswise and seeded Acorn Squash
3 Tbls Honey
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Ginger
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbls Butter
1. Place each piece of squash cut side down in a separate sheet of heavy duty foil.
2. Wrap tightly and seal.
3. Place on coals or on top of grill, medium heat.
4. Cook for 30 minutes
5. Open foil carefully, turn over and spoon mixture of remaining ingredients into the cavities of the squash.
6. Reseal foil and cook for additional 30 to 40 minutes or until tender when fork tested.
