No Fail Cheese Fondue

12 ounces pkg Swiss cheese slices
6 ounces pkg Swiss Cheese Slices
3 Tbls Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp White Pepper
2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Clove Garlic
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
Cheese Dunkers
1. Coarsly chop cheese slices.

2. Combine next 5 ingredients and toss with cheese to coat.

3. In a medium saucepan heat buttermilk with garlic on low until warm.
4. Remove garlic and stir in small amount of cheese to mixture.
5. Stir in wine until cheese is melted.
6. Transfer to fondue and warm.
7. Serve with Dunkers
Dunkers: sourdough, hard rolls, cooked small red potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms or fully cooked cocktail sausages.
