Butternut Squash

Butternut squash in pie shells.
Ingredients
2 c cooked butternut squash
3 eggs
1 c sugar
1 stick margarine
ginger
2 9" pie shells
 
Directions
1. Combine ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shells.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
