Chicken and Noodles

A recipe from my BFF Dianne.
4 chicken breasts
1 bag wide egg noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c milk
1/4 stick margarine
poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook chicken and cut into bite-sized chunks.
2. Cook egg noodles. Drain.
3. In a sauce pan, melt margarine. Add soup and milk. Heat until warm.
4. Add noodles to a casserole dish. Top with chicken, salt, pepper, and liberally with poultry seasoning.
5. Pour soup mixture over chicken and noodles.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers near the end of baking for added yumminess.
