Chicken Stew

  • Currently 4/5
Nothing about this recipe involves exact measurement. However, I think that is intrinsically part of any stew!
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 sweet onion, chopped
4 med-lge potatoes, cut
1 family sized can tomato soup
1 can full milk
1. Cook chicken and chopped onion in a shallow pan (with enough water to cover) until chicken falls apart.
2. Boil potatoes. Drain.
3. Combine all ingredients (including broth) and simmer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Serve with soft loaf bread.
