"Healthy" Coffee Cake

This is an adapted recipe for coffee cake that is nearly fat free. It is tasty, and healthy!
1 c apple sauce
1/2 c egg beaters
1 c fat free sour cream
Dry Ingredients
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c splenda
2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 c splenda
1/2 c apple sauce
1 c pecans
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1. Combine dry ingredients.
2. Combine apple sauce, egg beaters, and sour cream.
3. Mix the dry and wet ingredients to form a batter.
4. Pour half the batter into a greased baking pan.
5. Mix filling ingredients then spread over batter in baking dish

6. Pour remainder of batter into baking dish.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
