Potato Soup

Easy to make, great to reheat, and full of flavor.
4 potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
1 sweet onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs butter
1 Tbs flour
4 c water
1. Add potatoes, onion, and salt to 4 cups of water.
2. Boil for 30 minutes.
3. In a frying pan, melt butter; add flour. Stir in some water from the potatoes.
4. Add mixture to the soup to thicken.
