Poulet D' Artichoke

3 cans artichoke hearts (quartered)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 c chicken, cooked and cubed
1 c mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 1/4 c soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp butter (melted)
2 c shredded sharp cheddar
1. Place a layer of artichoke hearts in a greased casserole dish.
2. Add cooked chicken.
3. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Pour on top of chicken.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Toss bread crumbs in melted butter to coat. Scatter on top of cheese.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
