Pumpkin Pudding

Pumpkin Pudding is similar to Pumpkin Bread, but a bit more dense and moist. Serve chilled with whipped cream.
6 tbs butter
3/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 c cooked pumpkin
1/2 c buttermilk
1. Cream butter and sugars; add eggs.
2. Mix together flour, salt, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, and nutmeg.
3. Mix together cooked pumpkin and buttermilk.
4. Combine all ingredients.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour in a greased/floured pan that is covered.
