Chocolate Cake - Anna's

Deliciously quick and simple chocolate cake, quite luxurious but not so rich that children won't eat it.
100 g chocolate
100 g butter
150 g sugar
50 g plain flour
3 eggs
1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl in the microwave 1 minute on 600w.
2. Whisk the sugar, sifted flour and eggs in another bowl.  Add the chocolate mixture.  Pour into a circular ceramic flan dish and cook 20 - 25 minutes.
3. For topping choose one of the following or create your own:
Melt 100g dark chocolate in the microwave and pour over the cake;
Mix 50g softened butter with 100g icing sugar to make butter icing.  Add a tiny amount of warm water if it's too stiff to spread on the cake.  (Don't try putting on the cake until it has completely cooled.)
