Fruit & Greek Yoghurt Dessert

Debs' delicious, decadent & so easy recipe ... Preparation time 15 - 30 mins plus overnight in the fridge.
Serves several greedy piggies.

Ingredients
4 individual pots Greek Yoghurt
500 ml cream
200 g pecan nuts
4 tbsp basterd or muscovado sugar
raspberries, strawberries, bluberries etc
runny honey
 
Directions
1. The night before:
Whip the cream until stiff.  Fold in with the yoghurt.  Put in a flat dish.  Sprinkle a thin layer of the brown sugar over the entire surface.  Cover with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
2. Just before serving:
Dry fry the pecans in a frying pan without burning.  Add 6 or 7 tablespoons of honey in the pan and mix round.  Sprinkle evenly over the cream mix.  Top with the fruit.  Serve immediately.
