This is a trial and error recipe. I think we got the balance just right in the end.
1 tin drained chickpeas (264g)
4 - 5 tbsp tahini
juice of 3 lemons
3 cloves garlic
1 small dried red chilli - optional
salt & pepper
peanut or olive oil
1. Mash it all up in the food processor (except oil). Add some oil or water if too thick.
Drizzle olive oil over top to serve.
