Lamb Kofte with Spicy Tomato Sauce

From BBC Good Food, this one is delicious. Serves 4.
Soak wooden skewers in warm water beforehand.
Ingredients
500 g minced lamb
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tbsp chopped mint
For the sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 x 400 g cans chopped tomatoes
2 tsp harissa
1 tsp sugar
200 g Greek yoghurt
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
For the couscous:
200 g couscous
300 ml stock
juice of 1 lemon
bunch chopped coriander
8 quartered cherry tomatoes
 
Directions
1. Using your hands, mix the meat in bowl with the onion, coriander, mint and plenty of salt and pepper.  Shape into 8 blobby sausages and thread onto bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water to avoid burning.
2. To make the sauce, heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and briefly fry.  Add tomatoes, harissa,sugar and seasoning.  Simmer, uncovered, for 15 - 20 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
3. Grill the kofte for 10 minutes or so per side (keep checking) until they are nicely browned.  Spoon the sauce over a warm platter, drizzle over the yoghurt and put the kofte on top.  scatter with pine nuts and serve with pittas or couscous.
4. For the couscous:
Tip the couscous into a bowl and pour over the stock, cover and leave for 4 minutes until the stock has been absorbed.  Fluff up with a fork, then add the lemon juice, coriander, quartered cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of olive oil.  Season.
