Roasty Peppers with Oriental Dressing

2 red peppers, cored and sliced into 3
1 yellow pepper as above
1 orange pepper as above
1/2 small hot red chilli, chopped
1/2 small hot green chilli, chopped
15 g root ginger, grated
spring onions, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp runny honey
1. Grill and char the bell peppers.  Leave to cool.  Skin and slice to your liking.  Lay on a serving platter.
Combine the remaining ingredients, warm slightly in a pan and drizzle over the peppers.
