Toasted Cumin Raita

Good with curry buffet, including Prawn & Coconut Curry and Makhani Dhal.
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
500 g greek yoghurt
Paprika or Cayenne
 
Directions
1. Put cumin seeds in a dry pan and toast for 2 minutes.  Do not burn!  Stir into yoghurt and chill.  Sprinkle with paprika or cayenne.
