Crab Burger & Slaw

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb crab meat
2 slides white bread torn into small pieces
2 tbsp chopped green onion
1 tbsp chopped dill weed
1 egg lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/2 tsp ground pepper
2 cups plain bread crumbs
Slaw
4 tbsp extra virgin oil
1 cup shredded sweet onion
1 bay leaf
1/2 tbsp fresh sage
1/2 tsp dried crushed red pepper
4 cups shredded red cabbage
salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
 
Directions
1. Combine all, except bread crumbs. Blend mixture. Shape into 6 patties, 3/4" thick. Place bread crumbs in shallow container. Coat patties on both sides. Place patties on dish, cover w/ waxed paper, chill in refrigerator in 30'.
Grill patties both sides 4-8'
2. Slaw
Saute onion 2'.Stir in bay leaf, sage, red pepper. Add cabbage. Cook until crisp & tender 10'. Divide in 6 plates. Place grilled Crab patties on Slaw. Garnish w/ cilantro & lemon twist
