Artichoke recipe---Judy Graff

1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts in brine, not oil, drained and chopped. (I use the ones that are quartered because I think they are easier to chop.)

1 c. Mayonnaise (I don't add it all at once; I wait to see how the mixture is going and usually add less mayonnaise (maybe 2/3-3/4 c. if I think it doesn't need it all.)

1 c. grated Parmesan

1 pkg. (2 pieces) plain Naan

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Mix all ingredients except the Naan. 

Put the two pieces of Naan on an ungreased cookie sheet. Spread 1/2 of mixture on each piece.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Cut into pieces and serve.
