Knadles (egg dumplings)

3 eggs
3/4 C. milk
1 t. salt
2 C. flour
1. In a medium sized pan, boil water while you mix the above ingredients together. Drop mixture into boiling water by the small teaspoon. When the dumplings float, they are done; remove from water with a slotted spoon and add butter to them.
