Quick Crab Cakes with Spicy Avocado Dipping Sauce

Real Simple
2 1/2 cups potato chips, crushed
1 lb canned crab meat (not imitation)
1/3 cup tartar sauce
1 1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 TBSP tablespoons butter, thinly sliced into 6 pieces
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Spicy Avocado Dipping Sauce
1/2 ripe medium avocado, pitted and peeled
1 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TBSP fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1 fresh jalapeƱo chili (including some seeds)
1/4 cup cup milk
1. In a medium bowl, finely crush the potato chips. Add the crab meat, tartar sauce, mustard, and pepper and stir to combine. Form the mixture into 6 patties and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Top each with a pat of butter and broil until browned, 3-5  minutes. Serve with the lemon wedges.
