Frosty Peanut Butter Pie

Yields 6 servings
4 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter ( I am a JIFFY mom!)
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 8 oz package frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool-Whip)
1 8 inch chocolate crumb crust
2 tsp chocolate syrup
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in the whipped topping and spoon into crust.
3. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. I like to make a zig-zag pattern.
4. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or until set.
5. Remove from freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
Another instant favorite! You will want to check the directions on the ready-made chocolate crumb pie crust as it may require a light brushing with egg yolk and quick baking so it doesn't just crumble everywhere!
