Nicer than Rice Pudding

You and your children will think it's rice pudding, but this cottage cheese faux  version is way more nutritious as it has four times as much protein as store-bought brands.
Ingredients
1 cup lowfat (1%) cottage cheese, small curd
1 tsp instant vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp milk
2 tsp raisins
pinch of cinnamon
 
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and pudding mix
2. Add milk and stir. Add raisins and cinnamon, and stir again until all ingredients are evenly combined
3. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes
 
Notes:
Garnish with two orange segments if you'd like.
