Garlic Cheddar Drop Biscuits

2 cups Bisquick*
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter - melted
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. Combine Bisquick and cheese first. Add milk and stir until a soft dough forms.
3. Do not knead dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix butter and garlic powder and brush over warm biscuits.
Makes 9 biscuits.

Plain Drop Biscuits: Increase Bisquick to 2 1/4 cups and omit cheese, butter, and garlic powder. Bake as directed.
