Ingredients
300 g pork
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Marinade:
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp corn starch
1 small egg, beaten
Sauce:
2 tbsps tomato sauce
1 tbsp plum sauce
1 1/2 tsp Lea & Perins
3 tbsps sugar
1 1/2 tbsps water
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
Directions
1. Marinate the pork for at least 30 mins.
2. Dust pork with corn flour, deep fry and set aside.
3. Saute garlic and cook sauce.
4. Pour sauce over pork.
